- Participated in user training and helped them learn how they could generate their daily BI reports by defining calculations and KPIs. And how they could modify existing cubes if they want to add measures or dimensions to an existing cube.
- Also travelled to a foreign country for requirement gathering and analysis of a telecom company. Where I stayed for about two months and worked in the target environment to understand user requirements. I interviewed different users to understand and document their unfulfilled needs.
